After breakfast, transfer to Sonmarg. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonmarg is also called “The Meadow of Gold”. Visit the Thajiwas glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer you can go to Thajiwas by local car, pony, or by foot. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar. (B, D)

After breakfast, register and procedure the Yatra slip. Drop to Banganga and start your Yatra for Vaishno Devi Darshan (Bhavan is around 13 km from Katra Town and you can hire Ponies, Palkis, or cover the distance on Foot). Dinner and overnight stay at Katra. (B,D)
